� cup fresh parsley, chopped or 2 tablespoons dried
French bread, rice or pasta
Saut� garlic in olive oil over low heat. Add butter and remaining ingredients and bring to medium boil. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add prawns and stir for 3-4 minutes or until done. Do not boil. Serve immediately with French bread for dipping in sauce. Also delicious over rice or pasta.
